Each product has its own sign-in for people who only use that app. If you are a ShellStack organisation, prefer Launch from Home. It mints a short-lived token for that product and sends you to its callback.
From Home
- Choose the organisation in the switcher if you belong to more than one.
- Open the app tile you have access to.
- If the product asks you to pick a workspace, pick the same space you intended in the portal.
From inside a product
The app switcher in Tides, TurtleTime, Kraken and Shelly can return you here or jump to a sibling app. It uses the same organisation. You should not need to sign in again unless the launch token expired and refresh failed.
If launch fails
Confirm the product flag is on for your membership, confirm you still belong to a workspace that product can open, then retry from Home. Signing up again inside the product creates a parallel personal account and is almost never what you want.
