Share, search and research
Choose who can open a page, find it later, and save a research answer as a document.
Share a page
- Just me keeps it private.
- Specific people grants view or edit to named workspace members. Those grants pass down to subpages.
- Workspace members opens the page to everyone with Kraken access. This is one-way. A workspace page cannot be made private again, and you cannot also keep a private list of extra people on it.
- A child page cannot change sharing or lock while a parent is shared or locked. Change the parent.
- Public read-only link gives people outside the workspace a /share/… address. They can read. They cannot edit. For a folder, the public reader can browse that folder’s public subtree only.
Revisions
Revision history keeps earlier versions and collapses bursts of typing so you do not get a revision every keystroke. Restore puts that version back and keeps the current page as a revision too, so a restore is not a silent overwrite.
Library
Library is Search, Recent, Favourites, You (pages that mention you) and Archive. Search matches titles, page text, and the text or filename of attachments that finished processing. It never returns a page you cannot open. Favourite a page to pin it here. Archiving a page clears its favourite.
Attachments
Add files from the page info panel. Images, PDF, Office documents, CSV, text, Markdown, zip, and common audio and video are accepted. Images, PDFs, Word documents and CSV files are read so they can be searched. Other types are stored for download. A failed file can be retried. The plan caps file size and total storage.
Kraken Research
- Open Kraken Research Optionally attach files or a folder so the answer is grounded in those pages, and pick a model.
- Turn on Deep Research for a longer run Ask the question. Follow the phases and the sources. You can stop a run and resume it later.
- Save as document On a finished answer, choose a title and a folder. The answer becomes a normal page, with headings, tables, links and citations, and you can edit it like any other document.
Comments sit on a block or a selection of a page that is open for collaborative editing. Resolve a comment when it is done, or reopen it. The page owner, people with access, and anyone @mentioned are notified.
