Getting started

Create a ShellStack account, land in an organisation, and launch the first app.

ShellStack is the organisation portal for the suite. You sign in here once. The products — Tides, TurtleTime, Kraken and Shelly — open with a launch token so you are not maintaining four extra accounts.

Create an account

  • Open Create account and register with email and password, or continue with a configured Google, GitHub or OIDC provider.
  • Verify your email if prompted. Some organisations require it before invites can be accepted.
  • You land on Home: organisations you belong to, and the apps you may launch.

What “home” is for

Home is the launcher, not the work. Pick the organisation, then open Tides, TurtleTime, Kraken or Shelly. If a tile is missing, you do not have that product enabled on your membership — an owner or admin can grant it under People.

If you were invited

Use the invite link from email. Preview the organisation, accept, then sign in. Your apps and workspace restrictions are already set by whoever invited you.
