Billing and plans

One subscription for the organisation: seats, workspaces, and AI credits.

Billing sits on the organisation, not on each app. Owners manage it under Settings → Billing. A product may hide a button when a limit is reached. The plan is what actually enforces the limit.

What the plan covers

• Seats — people who can access the suite.
• Workspaces — how many live spaces the organisation may keep.
• Integrated access — which members may open the connected products, rather than four separate licences.
• AI credits — the allowance Shelly and Kraken research draw from. A member can also have a personal monthly cap, set on their access dialog.

Change the plan

1. Open Settings → Billing You see the current plan, seats used, workspaces used, AI credits remaining, and the credit unit.
2. Choose the tier and interval Plans are Free, Pro (AI Plus) and Enterprise. Monthly or annual. Annual is the lower price per seat. Enterprise is where workspace caps, seat caps and invoice or purchase-order billing are set.
3. Buy credit packs if you need them Prepaid AI credit packs sit on the organisation pool. They do not reset when the monthly allowance does.

On plans other than Enterprise, owners can turn on automatic upgrade when AI credits run out, so a run does not stop mid-month because the pool hit zero.

When something is locked

You cannot create another workspace, invite another seat, or enable another product. Open Billing, read the current tier, then upgrade or free a seat. A second organisation is a second business, not a way around the limit.
